NARS Lipstick Review - Anita

My early twenties appear to be the time where I make silly choices and hoard lipsticks. More specifically, NARS lipsticks. Which is borderline boring in modern society.

I find lipsticks more accommodating than any other item in my make-up bag, for they are simple to apply, so simple in fact that I can do it with my eyes closed. Or, highly intoxicated. Same difference, really. There is no nonsense surrounding a lipstick, like there is with eyeshadow (smokey eye, winged eyeliner, [insert makeup trends you need a degree to master here]. etc).

So, without further delay, the review of Anita. A relatively pale, bubblegum pink, shade. It hovers between the nude and pink boundary, with a subtle beige undertone. The consistency is chalk like and it is best applied after a healthy lashing of lip balm. As is customary with NARS lip shades, the product lasts a decent length of time and is highly pigmented. Which makes it, undoubtably, one of my current favourites.

To add further strain on the frayed stitches of my makeup bag, I have just discovered that NARS have shades in both Olivia and Liv (my name, FYI). So, it is only a matter of time before I introduce you to them! In the mean time, skip back in time to 2013, where I did a 'NARS haul'
